I
know exactly how you feel, because I was addicted
to Painkillers.
I
Hated It!!!
DO
YOURSELF A FAVOR:
Take a break and spend a few minutes to read what I have to say,
You'll be glad you did. It's about buprenorphine treatment.
Check
out my blog at:
How To Get Off Painkillers
If
you want to know how to get off pain killers, this is the
place, and I will tell you how, just read, it's about buprenorphine
treatment.
It
could also save you HUNDREDS of dollars.
I
can't tell you how many times I tried and failed, but I can
tell you it took me 4 long years to get off that stuff! It
almost wrecked my relationship with the woman I love, it killed
my sex life with her, it killed my social life, my job suffered
because of it and it drained my wallet.
I
was a slave to the pill bottle. A little fucking pill bottle. Can
you believe it? I couldn't go anywhere or do ANYTHING before I checked
my bottle of Vicodin to make sure I had enough and that I wasn't
going to run out unexpectedly.
When
I would start to get low, I would sit there at my desk, dump the
bottle out and count how many I had left. Then I would count the
number of days before I could get my next refill, to make sure I
wasn't going to run out or that I hadn't taken too many.
Yeah,
a pretty site huh? If you are reading this and shaking your head
in agreement, then you know exactly what I mean, and it sucks.
I
couldn't tell me wife because I was too ashamed. I had problems
before with the Vicodin from a previous back injury, which is how
I got addicted in the first place.
My
wife saw what I went through the first time trying to get off, and
what it made me do when I wanted or needed more. I would go to a
friend I had who sold me more pain pills off the street. It sickens
me to think about it and the things I did for it. Being addicted
to painkillers sucks.
It
made my body go where my soul did not want to go. I was a slave
to it.
Pain
killers have such a nasty way of digging their little claws into
you, and not letting go. It really is an insidiuos little bastard.
I tried over and over but they just wouldn't let me go.
Even
after being off of them for 9 months, they would still call my name..."Larry...your
back hurts...call the pharmacy...refill the bottle...just a couple
won't hurt...."
That
NAGGING little urge just wouldn't go away. I know why now and
found out I had "Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome", and
it made it harder than hell to stay away from them.
It
wasn't my fault. I found out it wasn't me, I wasn't a bad guy, it's
the opiate that pain pills are made with. It damaged the brain and
makes it so you have to come back for more. Knowing that it wasn't
my fault was a relief and that there was treatment and hope for
me.
There
is hope for you too. Believe me, I have been there, I have felt
the withdrawal pain. In my muscles, my joints, even my arm hair.
yeah my arm hair. hahaha... I know it sounds funny but if you have
ever withdrawed off of pain pills you know exactly what I mean.
I
have had the shakes, the chills, the sweats, the diarrhea, the vomiting,
the upset stomach and the depression and anxiety. I have had the
withdrawal symtpoms so bad I couldn't even hold a glass in my hand
because I wold drop it. I couldn't even use my keys to open the
door, I shook so bad.
So this
time around I hid my Vicodin usage from my wife and my family.
At Christmas time, we were back in Virginia seeing my parents. We
brought Sarah, my newborn daughter home to meet everyone in my family.
Of course I had my pain pills.
Before
going to Virginia for Christmas I had to call back there and find
a pharmacy that was close to my families home. I had to make sure
they took my insurance so I could get my prescription refilled so
I wouldn't run out while we were back there.
That
would have been a crappy Christmas, going through withdrawals in
Virginia, in front of my wife and family. Yuck.
When
I got back from Virginia; I live in San Diego, I had enough.
I was tired of being addicted and a slave to vicodin. I wanted
my life back and I wanted to be free again. I also wanted to make
love to my wife again too. It had gotten so bad that even viagra
wasn't working.
(In
case you don't know, opiates make it so you can't get an erection,
after a period of time of using them. Hence, the viagra.)
A
few months after being back after Christmas, I finally did it, I
got off the Vicodin, and had NO WITHDRAWALS.
I
found a way that works so well it was like a miracle drug.
I
had been searching the internet for several weeks, trying to find
the best way to get off opiates and pain pills when I found it.
I found a way that I feel is the best way to get off and stay
off, easily and painlessly and
not have that nagging urge anymore.
I
found this medication that is being used on people addicted to pain
killers to get them very easily. It's an office based treatment,
meaning it's not some long term inpatient treatment.
Being that it's outpatient you can continue on with your life,
and no one will know you are being treated for Pain Killer Addiction.
This
medication was such a God send for me. I had scheduled an appointment
with this specialist doctor, 45 minutes later I was getting my prescription
filled and 30 minutes after that I was taking my first dose.
Within
an hour and a half of seeing the doctor I was off of the pain killers.
I wasn't getting any withdrawal pains or symptoms. My anxiety and
depression had gone away, and hasn't come back and today I am STILL
off of the pain pills, months later.
I
am going to tell you the name of the medication but continue to
read because You can't get this from
every doctor, and there are some things you need to
know, otherwise you will SPEND A LOT OF MONEY
The
medication that is being used is called Buprenorphine, and
the brand name is Suboxone®, or Subutex®.
Now before
you run out to go see your doctor, I have some things you should
know, otherwise you will spend hundreds of dollars
trying to get this stuff.
I
can help you save hundreds, even thousands of dollars
on prescription costs, doctors office visits and hours
of time trying to find the same shortcuts, resources and industry
secrets I have already compiled.
I
put together a report that has a ton of resources that you will
find helpful to get you the medication and treatment you want at
a fraction of the price it would cost normally.
It
goes over questions to ask the doctor before signing up to insure
there are no hidden costs, and ways to get the medication
at a discount or free. Also if you are required to do counseling
there is an alternative you may be able to use that is absolutely
free. It’s all in the report, for
only $14.97.
What
would you rather do:
Spend hundreds of Dollars or spend $14.97
to SAVE Hundreds of Dollars on Treatment? At least you will
be able to afford the treatment, Right?
Go
ahead and research this. Keep looking on the internet and find
out just How much it can cost, and come back and get my report.
It's only $14.97.
Let
me tell you why you need my report:
The
DEA controls this drug and in order for doctors to prescribe buprenorphine
for treatment, they must first have a special certification to be
able to use it for treatment. Specifically only physicians with
a special “X” number issued by the DEA(Drug Enforcement
Agency) can prescribe it for opioid addiction treatment.
The
trick is finding one of these doctors.
Next,
the doctors certified to use this treament are LIMITED
to treating only 30 patients at any one time with this medication,
due to the DEA regulations. So even if you find a doctor near you,
you have to find out if they have room in their treatment
program to allow you in.
Cost
is a HUGE factor, even though it is outpatient and a little
pink pill it can be very expensive, unless you know where to
go. If you hunt around you might be able to find a doctor who
isn't going to charge an arm and a leg for this treatment and medication,
or you can get my report which helps with
this.
Private
practice doctors can charge anywhere from $75 up to $2,500 for initial
visit(Induction). Monthly follow ups can cost anywhere from $60
to $600 per month. Now its starting to get a little expensive right?
Unfortunatly, this is how private practice works sometimes.
My
report tells how to find the lowest cost doctor in your area, and
ways to get your medication at a discounted price or even free.
Other
questions you need to ask the doctor
are in my report as well. You need to know this stuff BEFORE
you sign on the dotted line, otherwise you may be signing a
contract that obligates you to paying that high price for
treatment.
You
may also be required to go to additional counseling
for the program which can also be costly. There
are other alternatives to therapy sessions if they require
it, free ones, but those are in
my report as well.
Do
yourself a favor and get my report, it’s only $14.97,
you will be glad you did.
My
treatment only cost me $155 every 3 months for my treatment,
and my prescriptions. My induction or initial appointment
cost me $100 for the visit and $35 for my prescription. After that
it was only $155 every three months or $51.60 a month for treatment
and prescriptions.
I
go through all this money and time saving
stuff in my report.
